This project involved the full refurbishment of a large duplex apartment, measuring approximately  200sqm, located in The Lycee development, a converted Victorian school building in Kennington, London.

A sweeping mezzanine was created in the dramatic double height living room to provide additional living space. The old school building provided inspiration for the interior design of the apartment, with the use of timber parquet flooring salvaged from an old school hall in the living area. Modern minimalist detailing, such as etched glass walls and cantilevered glass balustrades, counterbalances the flooring.
